Terms of use

What this is
This site is a web proxy. When you open a website through it, the request leaves from this site's server, not from your device, and the page is rewritten so it works inside this site. That means the person running this service can see that traffic passes through their server, in the same way your internet provider can see traffic passing through theirs.
Accounts
Accounts are free and invite-only. You need a code from the person running the service to sign up. Each account has a limit on how many browsers can be signed in at once, set to one by default. Signing in from another browser signs the oldest one out. Do not share your account; it is yours alone.
The operator can disable an account at any time. A disabled account is signed out everywhere and cannot open the proxy until it is re-enabled.
Acceptable use
Use the service to browse. Do not use it to:
- attack, probe or scan other computers or networks,
- send spam, abuse or anything unlawful,
- get around another service's terms or security,
- run bots, scrapers or anything that is not a person browsing,
- overload the tunnel or try to reach things it is not for.
The tunnel only connects to standard web ports (80 and 443), never over UDP, and never to private or internal addresses. Those are rules of the service, not a puzzle to solve.
Suspension and changes
The operator can suspend an account, limit its use, or take the whole service down at any time, with or without notice. The service is provided as is, with no promise that it will keep working, stay available, or work with any particular website.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you do through the service and for following the rules of the sites you visit through it. If a site you reach through the proxy asks you to sign in, you are signing in to that site, and its terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.
Open source
The page rewriting and the tunnel transport are built on Scramjet and Epoxy, which are licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. Their source is available at those links and in the copies installed with this service.
